Asphalt Maintenance

Asphalt Services

Driveway Sealcoating

Asphalt Emulsion sealer is applied to your driveway or parking lot by brush to ensure maximum coverage. Every driveway is broom finished without leaving a footprint.

Rubber Crack Fill

Bricks of rubber are heated up to 250 Fahrenheit and applied to all cracks under 1 inch of thickness. Cracks are cleaned and dry before application. This stops water, snow, oil and mud from seeping in the asphalt to expand.

Line Striping

After we sealcoat, all parking lines must be repainted for maximum visibility. We use ADA Compliant colors for all of our handicapped spaces, and a vibrant yellow for parking. Whether a parking lot needs a new layout or just a re-stripe, our crews are ready.

Uncover
our story

This photo was taken when I first started Elite Asphalt. No playbook. No fancy setup. Just a truck, a trailer, and a lot of figuring things out the hard way (like a pump blowing up and covering you in sealant).

Back then, I was learning everything in real time—materials, timing, prep, mistakes, fixes. Every driveway taught me something new. Every long night built experience you can’t buy.

Since then, the equipment has upgraded, the process has tightened, and the results speak for themselves. What hasn’t changed is the work ethic. I still treat every job like it’s my own driveway and every customer like they trusted me with something that matters.

Elite Asphalt isn’t a big corporation—it’s built on hands-on experience, growth, and pride in doing the job right.
